About the Evening Workshop:

In talking with students and parents in our community, the topics of anxiety and stress came up repeatedly.  In response, Brambleton Presbyterian Church is partnering with Celebrate Calm to offer FREE workshops to help equip students, parents, and educators with real-life practical strategies to identify triggers an implement strategies for dealing with stress and anxiety.  Parents will learn to help create stress-free mornings, homework times and bedtimes as well as other strategies to motivate their child without lecturing. Students will leave with strategies to help address their own anxieties and stressors.
