Messy: Loving Others Isn’t Easy (The Story of Joseph’s Family)
Relationships are messy. Often the mess started in your family of origins. Flaws in the formative stages~ even small one ~ can make a mess in your relationships for years. Perhaps that is why half of the first book in the Bible is devoted to the story of one family~ the family of Joseph. The mess they made of their family was epic.
Yet, God did not abandon them. In this series we will consider the pathway to forgiveness, reconciliation and healing God led them down.

These days we hear it constantly. “I am CRAZY busy.” All we have to do is look at our jam packed schedules to see it’s true. We ARE crazy busy. Even though it’s hard to imagine how to possibly fit more in, we still try. Sadly, our busyness has a costly price tag. Crazy busy robs us of what is most important in life.
This year our 40 day Lent challenge is: Say NO to Crazy Busy. Instead pour into what really matters.

Way back in the 8th century (BC) Isaiah set the stage for many of the dearly-loved traditions we honor year after year.
