In the Morning Light...Laughing, Serving, Growing, and Going to Share the Good News of Jesus Christ with Joy
Easter is not just a day - but a calling to live in the light, hope, joy, and promise of new life in Jesus Christ throughout our entire lives. In the 40 days following His resurrection, Jesus appeared to His disciples on country roads, on the beach, on mountain tops, and in their homes, continuing to teach them and prepare them to go and proclaim the Gospel by the power of the Holy Spirit, who is soon to come on Pentecost. Over the next few weeks, we will look at these post-resurrection appearances of Jesus and ask ourselves: Where, to whom, and how far are we called even now to go and share the love of the risen Lord?
